What Would You Do If You Were Not Afraid?

Life is about CHANGE! Although we have routines for task, activities of daily living, work, play, family, each day brings a different experience for us. Our routines create patterns, cycles that leads us to comfort. Once we are comfortable we get lackadaisical, leading us to forget that life is constantly changing. Then when change happens, we stress out, react and complain.

Are you the kind of person who is comfortable doing the same thing, going to the same places, eating the same food? Do you not step out to do something because it has been a long time since you have done such a thing? Or are you afraid of not being good enough or failing or fearful for one reason or another? When we experiencing change, our initial reaction is to resist it, either because we are afraid to lose the comfort of what we currently have or the fear of the unknown. Join us as we look at what we would do if we were not afraid and create a plan to do the very thing we are afraid of.
